Description
ÖÖILVES – a night orienteering series in Tartu and its surroundings! The purpose of the series is to provide an opportunity to practice night orienteering, develop navigation skills in the dark forest.
Both experienced orienteers and those who want to try night orienteering for the first time are welcome to participate. At each stage, there are two courses of different lengths to choose from:
🔴 LONG COURSE – estimated completion time 40–70 minutes. Suitable for more experienced orienteers and those looking for a greater challenge.
🟢 SHORT COURSE – estimated completion time 25–40 minutes. Suitable for beginners, recreational participants, and those who prefer a shorter workout.
• Start: 17:30–19:30
• Finish closes: 20:00
• Participation fee: €10 for adults, €6 for youth (up to 18 years old) / seniors.
Required: your own SI-card, headlamp (mandatory), clothing suitable for the weather, and a phone if desired for safety reasons.
