One evening, one piano, and a generous dose of blues.

On October 2, Rene Paul takes his place behind the piano at .Contriber & Tartu Philly Joe’s, bringing soulful vocals, swinging boogie-woogie, and piano playing that never settles for merely being accompaniment.

Rene is a two-time winner of the Estonian Blues Bands Competition, taking first place both with the Rene Paul Blues Band and Kaisa Ling Thing. He has performed on the main stage of the renowned Notodden Blues Festival in Norway, as well as in New York, Berlin, and across Europe.

The evening will feature traditional blues and boogie-woogie, alongside Rene’s own original songs.
