Description
We’ll kick off Autumn Workshop Bites with a cyanotype workshop on September 27th. Although World Cyanotype Day is actually on 26 September, we’ll be celebrating it the following day as well.
Cyanotype or sunprinting is one of the oldest photographic processes, used in the 19th century to produce the first photographic book illustrations. In the workshop, we will develop dried plants, drawings and photographic negatives onto paper. Weather permitting, we will develop our prints and photographs in the sunshine at the Kastani community garden behind TYPA.
